1. SANTA'S WORKSHOP, The Christmas Gift Show will be held at the Dixie Center Convention Hall on November 26 and 27, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The show is presented by the promoter, Pard Productions, Gaye Sullivan and Jodie Jones

2. Booth locations will be assigned by the promoter. Locations will be determined by the quality of your work, the quality of your display and the prompt payment of booth fee. Priority is given to exhibitors who have been in our show previously, who have quality work, who take the effort to build attractive displays. Our show layout is designed to create equal traffic flow in all directions

3. Insurance, if desired by the exhibitor, must be obtained by him/her at their own cost and expense. The promoter and the Dixie Center assume no risk; and by the acceptance of this agreement the exhibitor and all associates expressly release the promoter and the Exhibit halls from any and all liability; for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of said space by the exhibitor and agrees to hold and save the promoter harmless of any loss or damage by reason thereof.

4. The promoter will not be liable for refunds or any other liabilities whatsoever for the failure to fulfill this contract due to reasons of the enclosure in which the show is to produced, being before, or during the show, destroyed by fire or other natural calamity, or by an act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances or legal authority or any other cause beyond the promoters control. The promoter or the promoter's estate will not be liable for any refunds or damages; due to their health or incapacitation due to accident or illness in advance or during the above show dates, resulting the show to be canceled.

5. All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety shall be strictly obeyed. Nothing shall be nailed, stapled, taped or otherwise fixed to walls, floors or any part of the exhibition halls. All necessary measures for protection of the building equipment and furniture shall be at the expense of the exhibitor.

6. The promoter will prohibit the installation and operation of any exhibits not meeting their approval. The promoter in their sole discretion may prohibit the conduct of any activity whatsoever which they deem deleterious and not in the best interest of the show.

7. The back of each booth shall be draped by the promoter unless exhibitor requests none. All booths shall display crafts/gifts for sale in an attractive and comely manner. No boxes or storage units may be visible and all tables must be draped.

8. No music or audio equipment may be played without the permission of the promoter.

9. Food items must be cleared with the promoter and must not be sold without permission.

10. "No Shows" will be treated as a cancellation, will not receive a refund and risk not being asked back to future shows.

11. All vendors must be at the DIXIE CENTER one (1) hour prior to show time. Any unmanned booth one hour before show time may be subject to forfeit of booth space without refund.

12. Booth Cancellation Policy : On all exhibitor cancellations occurring before September 15, 2009 there will be a 15% service charge on total booth fee. On cancellations occurring between September 15, 2009 and October 15, 2009 there will be a 50% penalty on the total booth fee. On all cancellations occurring after the October 15, 2009 deadline there will be NO REFUNDS.

13. SANTA'S WORKSHOP has permission of the Exhibitor to use any/or all photographs and printed text submitted for advertising purposes.
